Having lived on 3 continents, 5 countries and 11 cities I bring a wealth of knowledge to my event designs. From pure elegance learned at Finishing School in Switzerland or an African theme’s straight for the Serengeti Plains to a design from Pinterest, I love implementing either the clients vision or one that only exists in my head. For me, those minutes before we open the doors for the guests, when the lighting is perfectly set to create the mood, the tables look fabulous, the music is just loud enough and I know the food presentation will be done with style. Those are the moments that make my soul sing!!! Oh, and my dog Spencer!!! He also makes me very happy!!
Our happy, giggly girl!! Always with a smile on her face, she never seems to have a bad day.. that is a very good thing in event co-ordination! With a wonderful husband, son and two delightful daughters keeping her on her toes, she still manages to keep Elegantz Eventz functioning smoothly on a day to day basis! While our heads may be in the clouds with the next event, our feet are well grounded and our bills paid! Thanks to Pam!
Mom of two amazing girls Morgan and Ellie, Mary brings her innovative creativity and incredible attention to detail to every event she does. Weddings are her favorite events and she enjoys making them a genuine reflection of the bride and groom!
A man of very strong faith and great talent. Chuck does it all. Creating sets and decor from a brides/clients visions and making them into workable realities. Rewiring electric street lamps to battery powered led lights or creating fabulous walls from reclaimed lumber are just every day projects.
Mom of 3 fabulous kids, a huge horse, 2 dogs and Elegantz Eventz! Melanie takes care of us all! Multitalented and thorough in everything she does, you will see her tying bows on chairs , implementing decor designs, lighting candles, hanging lights or any of the million things that need to be done to make a wedding or event look perfect. In 8 years of being with the company she has done everything except paint. You will have to ask why!!!
Our Angel on the East Coast flies in every so often to keep us organised!! Even Penn and Teller would be amazed at her skills. Magically a pile of paper will reappear as files in cabinets. We are not sure how she does this trick but we are very grateful that she does!
Joe Kolecki is happily married with three sons and eight grandchildren. His primary career (retired 2006) was with NASA where he was a planetary physicist involved with the exploration of the Earth, the Moon, and Mars. His second career continues in music; he plays the organ for various local parishes, and the piano as a vocal accompanied (Baldwin Wallace) and pianist for special occasions. He also teaches for the Encore program for Cuyahoga Community College.

These two incredibly talented performers have traveled the world dancing with the likes of Whitney Houston and James Brown. Their first company have performed at our events since our first “Reason for Hope” benefiting the Neurological Institute at the Cleveland Clinic in 2006 and most recently at the 150th Anniversary of CEA at the Huntington Convention Center in downtown Cleveland. We are so blessed to have this genuinely nice couple by our side!
A very busy man! As an Elder of the Old Stone Church on Public square working with teens and Managing usher at Severance Hall, Willie is the perfect guy to make sure that your guests are welcomed graciously and registration runs smoothly. He would like to add that he is single if you know anyone!!
Baking, cooking, gardening and executing events are the passions close to her heart. With us since the start, if Jeannine is working on your wedding or fundraiser, you can rest easy knowing that she can handle anything that happens.
Having joined us as an intern during her senior year at Trinity High School, Rachel is highly organized and takes on any project efficiently. Now, almost completing her Graphic Design degree at Kent State, she is still with us! During an event, we always have someone close to the client/bride to handle last minute change such as unexpected guests who need to be seated etc. Any time you need one of us… Rachel is sure to be right there. Always a joy to have at any event!
Maura Shibley is a dedicated Marketing/Event Planner with 20+years experience in for-profit and non-profit special events and fundraising. Her energy and enthusiasm will truly soar your next event to higher heights!
Patty came to Elegantz Eventz as a retired teacher of 31 years. With a wonderful husband and 4 ambitious children, she brings her organization and planning skills with her. Between being a busy parent and an active teacher, she has a wealth of experience with planning and organizing. Both are necessary qualities when it comes to event coordination and execution. Patricia is very excited to help the team create extraordinary events!
